What is Eve?

Eve keeps colleagues connected through an easy to use phone system. You can configure Eve using a portal which is accessible via desktop or the mobile app.

The core function allows you to make and receive calls, set up voicemails and music-on-hold. As well as this, you will have access to hunt groups. This provides you the tools required to manage your calls.

This function will allow for real time communication and efficient teamwork using a single pane. Features Included are chats, content sharing, collaborative white board sessions, pictures, videos, graphic and vocal annotations and more.

Call Centre Functionality

Call Centre Functionality

This functionality includes a wallboard and automatic call distribution. Within the wallboard you will be able to view real time call statistics. The automatic call distribution will distribute calls to queues, recordings or specific people.

Security

Eve protects you from fraudulent activity using audits, password management and no dial through voicemail. The exceptional call protection function will monitor call patterns and volumes. This detects high risk categories. If suspicious activity is detected outbound calls will be blocked and you will be alerted.

Integration

Integration

The Eve system can be neatly integrated with your key systems. This feature works with communication platforms such as Skype for Business and Outlook, as well as CRM systems such as Salesforce and Dynamics.

Call Handling

Call Handling

Call handling includes hunt groups, allowing you to direct calls to groups of people through several methods. These methods include Ring All, Round Robin and Longest Waiting. When no one is available to answer a call, callers will be placed in a queue, which can be customised to play music or a message.

Number Management

You can choose a new number or keep your existing one. Eve supplies numbers from anywhere in the UK. If you are planning on keeping your existing number, Eve will transfer it our network. 

Call Recording

Call Recording

Using this feature you'll be able to record those all important calls on any device and access them through Eve's portal. Once you have calls recorded you can download and listen to them. The call recording is fully compliant with FCS guidelines, meaning that your data will always be secure. 

Multi-Site

Multi-Site

You can use one of Eve's feature packages or your existing phone system to connect your sites. This gives you access to free calling between your sites. Eve can configure inbound numbers to ring across multiple sites and you will be able to short dial between them.

Looking to access Eve’s features in your office? You have the option of a desktop app, you can also choose from a range of our handsets. Eve is compatible with desk phones, desktops, laptops, mobiles and tablets.

Eve's Mobile App

Eve’s mobile app enables use of all features directly through your mobile or tablet, this means that you will have access to Eve’s system no matter your location. You will be able to control where your calls ring, set your current or future availability and more directly from your device. Using Eve’s app will reduce the costs and increase the productivity of your business. 

Eve's Portal

Eve’s portal will allow you to control where your calls ring, manage your contacts, view your call history, listen to call recordings, set your availability and instant message. You will be able to set up hunt groups so that you can direct your calls to the correct department. Eve’s interface is simple and easy to use, meaning you will benefit from all the great features without struggling to navigate the system.
